How Do I...
Make An Appointment?
Appointments may be made by telephoning 01843 863353 or by calling at the surgery. Patients can ask to see the doctor they prefer.
To arrange an appointment, please ring the practice and speak to the receptionist during surgery opening hours. We will always see a patient in an emergency so please inform the receptionist if you think you have
an urgent problem. For routine non-urgent matters, you may see any of the doctors but you may have to make an appointment well in advance if you wish to see a doctor of your choice.
As mornings are the busiest time of the day, please avoid telephoning for non-urgent appointments or results. When an appointment is made for you to attend the surgery, it is important that it is kept. If you
are unable to attend, please telephone the practice and inform the receptionist as soon as possible.
How Do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?
Patients are requested to telephone before 10.00am if a visit is required that day. Emergency visits only will be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable
the doctor to allocate priority to house calls.
Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time that it takes to do a home visit.
