Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made in writing, using the repeat prescription slip or by calling at the surgery between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm (except Wednesdays 9.00-11.00am). Please place your written requests for repeat prescriptions through the letter box.

You can collect your new prescription between the hours of 9.00am and 6.30pm (except Wednesdays 9.00 and 11.00am). You can also send an SAE with your repeat prescription slip and the new prescription will be returned to you by post.

We are unable to take repeat prescription orders over the telephone.

Please allow two complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.
